As an artist I never thought I would be looking into real estate, but here I am.  Two years ago we started investing in properties and to our good luck, we have gained in equity, yay!  The main challenge at the moment is cash flow from these properties so we are ready to sell and keep moving forward.  I am even thinking about learning enough to make investing a part time job.   Thanks for reading!
