I've listened to every podcast from 221 to 167 since my real estate friend introduced me to BP.  Working my way down to podcast 001.  Currently building out a mailing list of equity properties with distressed indicators in my target zip codes of 78745 and 78749.

You look like you have a clear vision, so go for it Beau. 

My wife and I couldn't pull any deals in the Austin area with the bidding wars and property taxes so we went out of state.
