Long time lurker making first post

I'm a licensed Realtor in the Chicago burbs. (Live in Crystal Lake.)

Recently I have helped some clients buy and sell a few fix n flips. It's been a long time goal for me to buy one too. I am about a month away from that now, so I thought today would be a good day to introduce myself.
