Hi All,

My name is Jason Huang and I am from Surrey BC Canada. I live in a high rise condo just beside King George skytrain station which I bought in 2013 with the help of my parents. I have been working 9 to 5 for a few years as a customer service rep and it often makes me feel desperate. I can almost picture myself 30 years from now and still sitting on my same desk and doing similar things. Fortunately, I have two very supportive parents back in my home country so I do not need to worry about paying for my first property. Now I am able to earn some down payment to start my second property searching. I need about $2000 CAD a month to sustain and pay all the big cost like strata fee, car related cost, food, etc... My goal is to have $2000 passive income every month and I will quit my job to do something more meaningful.
