My name is Edward (Drew), and I came here to basically learn as much as I can. I'm 19, 20 in May, and am currently in college here in SA. I never really considered real estate as an option until one of my peers in class told me he started investing in real estate when he was 18, absolutely loves it and does not have to work a regular job to pay for his classes. My professor chimed in at that point saying he invests in real estate and recommended it. As I am a broke college student, wholesaling piqued my interest and after a few readings of Nate Pyles' article on The College Investor, I am pretty much hooked. I love the mindset of hustling, finding deals, ARV calculations, and crunching the numbers. I thought I'd join here at BiggerPockets and give it a shot, see who I meet and what I learn along the way. Thank y'all for having me!
