My name is Adam and my best friend told me about the BP form and podcast. I am a courier who drives basically all day so I was able to listen to hours of content as well as Rich Dad Poor Dad this week. I am very new in the real estate investing market. My wife and I bought our 3/1 single family home about 4 years ago. We are both excited about the prospect of having rental income properties and being able to eventually live for free. Our plan is to start small with a 2/1 single family to buy, rehab and rent. After that we are going to continue with more single family rentals. We are very excited to get started and learn as much as we can from you guys here!
