Path to Real Estate Investing

I am currently 17 years old and very passionate about real estate. I only have a couple months of high school left and I need to make a decision of what to do next. My goal is to be a full time real estate investor and then to pursue other business opportunities. I am intrigued by possibly going to a trade school and studying a relevant and useful trade in real estate (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC). I'm also interested in taking the 4 year college path and perhaps getting a degree in business/accounting. However, being swamped in student loans definitely scares me and would certainly delay the time it would take to become a full time investor. If anyone could offer any sort of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
