Hi everyone! I've been reading everything I can on BP the last few weeks and finally decided I should introduce myself. I'm a software engineer in Philadelphia looking to get started in real estate investing, particularly buy/hold rental properties. I'm thinking of starting out with a house hack in the western suburbs of Philly but I'm pretty open minded right now. I'm trying to absorb as much information and make as many contacts as I can.
