Hello from Philadelphia!

Hi everyone! I've been reading everything I can on BP the last few weeks and finally decided I should introduce myself. I'm a software engineer in Philadelphia looking to get started in real estate investing, particularly buy/hold rental properties. I'm thinking of starting out with a house hack in the western suburbs of Philly but I'm pretty open minded right now. I'm trying to absorb as much information and make as many contacts as I can. As a software engineer, I'm pretty computer savvy so let me know if you ever have any questions in that department. I'd love to connect with you, especially if you're in the Philly area!

As a little ice breaker: what's your favorite part of real estate investing and/or the deal you're most proud of?
