Newbie looking to learn wholesaling

Dean from Fayetteville, NC. I'm interested in breaking into REI specifically wholesaling. I have no experience investing, but have some funds and have construction/handyman experience, willing to assist as I can for someone willing to let me look over your shoulder. Anxious to get started.
