Totally new member, joined to learn a little more about this industry.   The real estate closing gifts division of our company is now on my plate now and I know very little about the industry other than being a home buyer.  

Also probably going to do some paid advertising on here, so just getting a an overall feel for the environment and a little education perhaps.
