Hello, I'am Chris Bauge a new member to the BP group. My wife and I reside in Virginia Beach and recently joined the Fortune Builders Network. We are looking to partner with other REI's who are currently listing and buying wholesale properties in the Hampton Roads area. My wife Kristina and I own several successful fitness franchises in the area and are looking to become active and contributing REI's starting in the Hampton Roads area. We have purchased and rehabbed several homes in Los Angeles county and had success in the $600,000-$1,200,000 market that exists there and are now adjusting to the median household price point here locally. We believe that in order to scale our business we need to build a team, network and contribute. We are starting from the ground up with the ins and outs of wholesaling deals.
