New to BP - North DFW Area

I'm new to BP and wanted to introduce myself. I live in the north DFW area and I currently own a small business (nothing to do with real estate), so I'm looking to branch out. Last month I bought my first investment property and I'm almost finished with the renovations. To date, I've listened to quite a few of the BP podcasts, read a good portion of the intro guides and I've read several books on investment properties. My ultimate goal is to earn enough passive income to retire early. I'm interested in meeting realtors and wholesalers in the area as well as lenders.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all of the great info so far!
