Hello All,

I just turned 24 and have bought 3 properties so far. However, these have not been investments. I am now looking to get into that and not looking to pull current properties into this investment. 2 of the properties have been transferred ownership and luckily are not on my credit :). I have been continuously hounded to get into REI by friends and decided to finally go ahead and learn the business. I hope to meet some great people on here and plan to first gain as much knowledge as possible then hopefully be able to educate others.
