Hello! My name is Lilly from Glen Burnie just outside of Baltimore MD.  My goal for 2017 is for my husband and I to purchase our first buy and hold rental property.  We are both from NY so don't know too much about the area and our only experience is in buying our own home.  If anyone is open to providing general knowledge about the area, I would be very happy to hear from you!
