I am in law enforcement full time and currently have one single family rental for the past two years. Bigger Pockets helped me realize creative and ways to finance so it wouldn't take me so much time to get another property. Now my wife and I have teamed up and are looking to acquire two multi-family units by the end of the year. Our end goal is financial freedom so we can easily send our children to private school.
