New and Hungary Investor in Minneapolis, Minnesota B&H,WS
Im a 24 year old newbie investor new to the BP forums but certainly not to the podcast hah i love them and have learned a lot! I found a mentor for virtual wholesaling about 2 mnths ago and now have 3, soon to be 4, properties under contract in Pittsurgh, PA. i havent closed on any yet but i am VERY determined to. On the other hand I personally live in the Minneapolis, Minnesota market and plan to be househacking a 4 plex (or atleast a duplex) by the end of Oct this year while also wholesaling locally in my own market. So any tips or words of advice would be GREATLY appreciated i will be going to local reia meetings as well.
P.S. i am currently a fulltime commercial/residential painter so maybe we can work out me painting some properties for dirt cheap and some investor wisdom =) lets connect!

Hi Bo,
Sounds like you are on the right path. If I were you I would look into transactional funding for some of your wholesale deals. It protects you if you are looking to make more than just a few thousand dollars per deal. If you would like to know more then you can PM me. We don't lend in PA at all so this isn't a solicitation, just something you should look into as an option if you ever need it. Thanks..
