Hi my name is Mark, im 25 and starting to learn everything I can about real estate. Im in the Fire/EMS career field, however I want to build a passive portfolio that can allow me to not have to work multiple jobs or ot for when im older with a family. Im also getting ready to buy my first house and also wondering the best course of action to provide me with a future investing foundation. Ie Fha loan? Multifamily instead of single? 2units, 3units, 4units?

If anyone can lend me any advice, where I should start my learning, connections, etc. I did just read rich dad, poor dad and wish I read that at 18! Thank you guys and gals!
