Hi,

I'm new to the forum from Woodstock, GA. I recently moved to GA from out of state, and own and manage two rental properties in central VA. I'd like to connect with a good real estate agent to find local deals and expand my portfolio of rentals. Would love to talk with some folks that are local to the area, network, and find deals. I am an experienced construction manager and contractor, and can lend a lot of advice regarding rehabs, structural questions, and shortcuts that are solid ways to fix problems but will save you lots of money.
