Hello fellow BP'ers. My name is Tim and I am a real estate agent here in Pasadena California specializing in Multi family. I got into real estate because I knew I personally wanted to invest and I felt that immersing myself in it would help me reach my goals faster. I started off in residential real estate brokerage and after helping some clients manage their properties, I realized that I didn't want to own and manage multiple single family homes, because, multiple problems means having to go to multiple locations. This is when I set my sights on apartment buildings. For that reason, I changed my focus to apartment brokerage. I currently own a condo, which is where I live and look forward to growing and learning with everyone in the community.
