Hello everyone, I did look around the site for a couple days before I posted so i'm already a little familar with the site and how know how helpful it is alread.

I'm looking to start wholesaling, as well as starting the property conservations business?

I want to use the multi to buy multifamilies, preferable 4 and up, but well also buy 3 unit properties if they cash flow well.
