Hello,

My name is OJ Cole and I am not technically new to BP but I just formed an LLC with the help of two other investors. Let me introduce you to "SWC Real Estate Group, LLC". We are ready to start our first DEAL! We are based in Delaware, and of course we would like our first deal to be local. I'm calling all wholesalers, real estate agents, contractors, and other investors who have a great deal to share to please connect with me.
