Im new to REI, but have been saving up cash and am interested networking with investors and real estate pros in the Jacksonville, Fl area. Looking to buy/invest in my first property ( SFH or small MFH) within the year...for now just looking for advice and potential leads from those in the know on this area i.e., recommended neighborhoods, investors, companies, real estate agents, market info etc. Thanks
