Hello From The Twin Cities

not really a newbie to the site, rather a lurker for the past year or so.

My name is Jason Sandquist and I am a real estate agent in the Twin Cities metro area. I have been in the biz for the bast 4 years and just started to get my feet wet in investing with a buy and hold strategy.

Over the next few years I would like to grow my portfolio by purchasing 6-8 properties with the same strategy in mind but if the right opportunities presented themselves would take a strong look.

Also not afraid of the 'fixer uppers' given I have a back ground as a licensed contractor and education in construction.
