Hello all! 

My name is Robert, and I live in the Windermere/Winter Garden area of Florida (just north of Disney World).  Real Estate has been a part of my life for the last couple of years, but I'm extremely new to the investing side.  The concept of owning one or several houses or townhouses, renting it out, and making money sounds to me like a formula to success.  I know it won't be easy, but I'm ready to learn and meet all of you wonderful people, sharing experiences and wisdom along the way.  I'm really excited to be here, and I hope to connect with you all soon!
