Good day, Bigger Pockets! My name is Melvin and I have been in technology for over 15 years and I am looking to have my brain challenged outside of my tech box. I've been interested in and intrigued by real estate for the past few years but never put my hat into the arena to give it a try. I wanted to learn the business from the best and I was referred right here to Bigger Pockets. 

My goal is to one day own my own home and then be able to invest in land to be able to have mobile home parks that I have in my head. I will live in the forums and take notes to learn as much as I can.
