Real Estate Agents in Philadelphia Area

Hi,

I am new to Bigger Pockets.

I own an E-commerce business and have seen very nice growth. I now want to invest some of my cash savings in real estate. I'm interested in small multifamily rentals.

I live just north of Philadelphia in Warminster, PA and looking to begin investing in the Philadelphia area. I'm excited to learn more and get started!

Does anyone know of a good real estate agent in the Philadelphia area?

Hi @,

Welcome to BP!

Plenty of Agents in Philadelphia County to pick from. Identifying the correct agents that will find what you can afford an make money on is different.

Would highly suggest interviewing some based on the following;

Do they own and rent properties relevant to what you can afford and qualify for. (Go see them)

Would suggest figuring out what you can afford and zero in on some specific neighborhoods.

Start attending some REIA events in the market to build your team building (DIG)

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
