new investor in Venice, Fl. I want to make real estate my full time career. I have been a agent part time for the past 3 or so years and went ahead and got my brokers license. Now I have sold my former full time business so I will be doing real eatate full time. Since I am basically starting from scratch I figured I would move to a area that I liked better. I now live in Venice, FL and love it. I am finishing my brokers class and will soon be taking my test. I want to connect with any wholesalers and any groups local to Venice. I have flipped a house and would like to do more of that. Also would like to get into some rental units eventually.
