Hello BP!

I am new to BP website, but have been listening to the podcast.  My cousin told me about PB podcast and I have been tearing my way through the over 200 episodes since.

I am a Loan Originator and over the last years have done many many deals. I worked with a lender that did it all. Conventional to hard money and it gave me a wide depth of knowledge. I have worked with and analysed several fix and flips using hard money. I was the loan officer and made my tiny cut.

Now I feel that it's time for me to start my real estate portfolio. I am here to learn, but am also happy to help!

I believe very much that if I am asking for advise or help, I better reciprocate one way or another.

Cheers,

Agustin
