Hello everyone...

Heard about this site for a while but am just now getting over here.

It's looking pretty good so far. I jumped over by reading one of Nick Johnson's articles about selling probate leads. Great idea again btw, Nick and thanks again Scott for posting that on your blog!

Been investing for over 10 years now....pretty much done all kinds of deals thus far. Primarily I am doing wholesales now and I own 1 rental property (more to come) and I also own ATM's for some passive income.

I look forward to going through the site and seeing what it and the folks here have to offer. Hopefully, I can offer a thing or 2 as well.

Oh and I almost forgot, I am a licensed real estate agent as well. But I refer to myself as a real estate investor who happens to have a real estate license too :wink:
