Hi All, Found this site this week. I already purchased my first place late last year. It's a 3 flat. I intend to rent and hold. Place needs gut reno so it has been painfully slow working through the pre-existing city violations, getting an architect and now trying to find contractors in my budget for the interior. Trying to remain calm in the process.
