Hi everyone, I'm Dylan!

I live in Oakland and work as a transportation planner for the State, but am always keeping an eye on opportunities in Denver, CO.

I'm new to RE investing, but have been pursuing financial independence. I'm interested in a duplex, triplex, or quadplex as my first property. I have a lot of reading ahead of me, and am eager to pick up any book I can from the library.

Looking forward to learning from the folks at Bigger Pockets!

Welcome @Dylan Grabowski and @Michael Beeman.

Congratulations on that first deal Michael.

There is tons of great information here.  Best of luck to both of you.
