Hey everyone! I'm new to investing and particularly interested in wholesaling. I've watched many videos, read books and attended seminars and webinars. I'm a big hands on learner, so although I receive valuable information from the sources mentioned above, I will not fully grasp the concept until I actually try it, but i'm hesitant of doing it alone. There are still some things that I am unsure of and would appreciate guidance. With that being said, does anyone have any advice on where I should seek hands on training?

@Sherell Winns Welcome to BP! Meetup.com has some good real estate groups that meet in Charlotte. Wholesaling seems to be a popular choice for newbies, but it's tough. I encourage you to learn as much as you can and see if you can link up with an experienced wholesaler in the Charlotte area and learn from him/her.
