Fliping a flooded house in Housto
I have came across a house which have been damaged during heavy rainfall. Inside is partially remedied. Generally speaking, even if the ARV is high, is it a good investment/ The buyers may be turned off by the flood stigma no matter how nice it has been done.

I think it depends on the neighborhood. There are certain places around Houston that flood all the time, and people still want to live there because of the location (like Meyerland). But if it's out in the suburbs or a more rural area, people may not be as willing to take the risk.
