Hey, 

It has only taking me, my wife Candice, and my golden-doodle Sebastian 2 years to make this introduction. Well here goes nothing. We're looking to dive into Real Estate in head first!!  We've read the books! We've done the market research!! And we're DONE being scared!!! Recently my wife and I have enrolled in to Real Estate Agent Pre-License Course (They wouldn't let Sebastian come) :(.

I wouldn't concentrate on multi 2 to 4 unit properties. Our entire region has very few of them compared to other parts of the country. Of the areas you mentioned, maybe there are between 30 and 40 of them. And I don't mean for sale, I mean that exist. Probably 20 in Annapolis, maybe 10 in Catonsville, and I know of 1 in Severn. Maybe a couple in Glen Burnie.
