Hello from Nashville

Hello! I've been in the Nashville, TN for most of my life. I was introduced to real estate when I was a child and watched my mother quit her harsh factory job to become a real estate agent. My wife and I been vigorously climbing out of debt using the Dave Ramsey School of thought and are almost debt free. I'm excited that I'll soon be able to apply all of our extra money toward investing in real estate. 

I'm here to learn and network so that when I'm free and have the funds, I can be educated enough to hit the ground running, I've wasted so much time already. My simple plan so far is to obtain 2 cash flowing rentals by the end of 2018 and then continue from there.

 I found bigger pockets by a random google search of something completely unrelated. I was surprised to find an abundance of knowledge and a community of like minded individuals. I'm excited to be apart  of this community and am ready to learn all I can.
