Hello BiggerPockets community!

My name is Marjun Tare and I have 0 background in real estate investing. My wife and I recently paid off our student loan debt and are building our investment fund. After lurking around a bit and having listened to a couple of very valuable podcasts that BiggerPockets produces, I have a goal of wanting to invest in real estate. I would love to eventually own rentals here in the area, and live completely off of the passive income.
