Howdy BP,

I'm a new investor learning the ropes and trying to ramp up a well rounded education as quickly as possible.  I've only been networking for a month or so, but I'm amazed at how open and helpful most people are that I'm meeting.  Now if I just didn't have my day job taking up so much of my time! :)

As a newbie, I'm interested in meeting others in the Austin Texas metro area and willing to take any advice you care to share about investing. I have one SFR in Temple as a buy & hold (BRRR) investment, but trying to determine if I should continue with this focus or if other areas of the real estate industry would be better for building cash flow.

i can already see that BP is a great community and I look forward to becoming an active member.
