New member - hoping to learn a lot of new info!

Hello everyone!  I am a new member on BiggerPockets and am looking forward to finding out what I can learn through all of the resources that are available.  I am a licensed real estate agent working in residential real estate, and my husband and I are looking to purchase our first investment property within the next 6-12 months.  I hope to learn the in's and out's of property investment, and also would like to gain insight to share with my clients who are looking to purchase investment properties.  If there are any suggestions on where I should start, please let me know!  I am looking forward to seeing what comes from being a member of BiggerPockets!
