Hi there! I have been learning about investing and real estate for the last 2 years but have finally reached the point of turning education into action. Only took a couple hundred podcasts and more than a couple books.

My business partner and I moved from Morgantown, WV to Pittsburgh, PA as I had just graduated in Industrial Engineering and was starting a new job in management consulting this last January. We found a property to sublease and before we even moved in it was listed on Airbnb. We have already received payouts of $1,719 and have another $1,319 scheduled in the next couple months. Our short term goals are expanding our understanding of residential/ commercial real estate and helping other hosts with the setup/ management of their spaces.

We firmly believe that flexible leasing terms and co-living spaces are going to become a dominant trend in real estate. If anyone would like to discuss airbnb, short term corporate housing, Pittsburgh Real Estate or Investing, feel free to reach out. I can't wait to hear from you!
