hello BP, my name is Clarence and im from the SF Bay Area and currently in the Navy so im stationed here in Lemoore Ca. I've got 2 kids and looking to use REI to help build their college funds. i dont have any experience in REI but i've been following this site for awhile now and I think i'm ready to start getting involved in REI. I know i'm looking to do buy and hold for starters seeing how i'm still Active Duty and i don't really have my OWN time. I'm looking for help on how to get started with out of state investing, especially since i'll be living overseas by the end of the year. Again thanks for all advice / help in advance !
