New BP Member in CA/TX

Hi BP Community,

I am 26 and relatively new to the real estate investing scene. I've been researching and browsing around on this forum for a while now and I'd like to see about connecting with other people in my region/area. For now, I'm interested primarily in wholesaling but I'd like to transition to buying my first property (looking at duplexes & triplexes) shortly after I get my feet wet. 

Currently, I live in the SF Bay Area and I am quite unfamiliar with the 'ins and outs' of the California housing market as it pertains to real estate investing. I'd like to connect with investors locale to this area who have similar investing interests such as myself. I am a native Texan and have lived in Dallas, Austin & Houston so I consider these markets fair game as well as I can easily see myself moving back there sometime. 

My main objective for now is to learn more about developing/building a site for my LLC and also wholesaling tactics that others have used with good experiences. Feel free to add me or connect with me!
