Hi! 

I'm Heather Haycook and I am brand new to real estate investing! I have wanted to get into real estate for years but was studying from the retail market side until just a few months ago. Since then I have read multiple books and binge listed to all of the BP podcasts. I've also listened to other podcasts including Simple Wholeselling and Lifetime Cash Flow through Real estate investing. 

I spend hours on the road each day so it's easiest for me to listen to podcasts and audio books. 

I would like to wholesale for capital, I've kicked a few tires and have started building my confidence  in that respect. My main goal is buying rentals with a goal of at least 20 doors within 5 years.
