Good experiences and horror stories

Hi, I'm Jake Dieringer and I'm 25 years old. I just started a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I am also currently hired with a prominent real estate company located in Beverly Hills. This is not spam and this is not an ad, but I am interested in talking with established investors and other loan officer's about their good experiences and horror stories that they have experienced in dealing with commercial mortgage loans. Thanks for checking out my post.
