Newbie says hey

Hello to all,

As a newcomer to this forum I should say hello. I am a partner in a real estate investing company. My associate and I established an LLC 3 years ago and currently manage 6 SFRs in northeast Illinois (all outside Chicago).

For our next adventure I would like to expand into the multi-family/commercial arena.

During the limited time spent on this site I can already see the wealth of information available. I look forward to the education and discussion.
