Hello, my name is Chris and I've been an investor for 3 years now.  I have 2 SFRs and a duplex in my current town, and 2 short term vacation rentals in Nashville, TN.  I currently invest in real estate on the side and I plan on buying around 3-4 properties per year.   Looking forward to gaining some valuable insight here on BiggerPockets
