Hello BP - I've been a lurker for some time and wanted to formally introduce myself and make my first post. I reside in the Phoenix, AZ area and am looking to kick off my real estate journey this year. I'm interested in all sorts of strategies (part of my problem that keeps me from taking action because my mind is always wandering to what might be the next big thing). Ultimately I would like to be a buy and hold investor of small to medium sized multi-family properties however to kick things off I am looking into SFR flipping or potentially wholesaling. My goals this year are to be decisive on a strategy and take action so that I can hopefully get my first property under my belt by the end of the year. Thanks in advance for the support. Really enjoy poking around in the BP community and excited about becoming more active.
