New To Forum and Rental Properties

Good Afternoon All,

I am new to bigger pockets and started reading "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down".  I am very new to the real estate investing realm and would like to build a portfolio of rental properties.  I have a partner and would like to ask a question in order to start.  Do we start a company now? or do we buy a property as individuals and grow from there?

Any advise would be helpful.

Thanks,

Zach Shatto
