New to real estate investment, and bigger pockets

Good Morning Everyone,

My name is Stephanie I am from Jacksonville Florida. Yes I am a newbie, I have no real estate background whatsoever ;(  I am currently a full time nursing student at Chamberlain College of nursing here in Jacksonville. I graduate next year with my BSN  after that my goal is to more education so I can hopefully open my own clinic. Prior to that I served 8 years in the Marines working as a Supply and Logistics Clerk.

I learned about bigger pockets through my brother who is pretty new to REI as well. Long story short I attend a real estate seminar and fell in love. In the past I've been interested before but always thought I had to have a lot of money to start investing. well through self education and all these classes and seminars I've attended, I'm finding out that I could of started investing a long time ago

( Knowledge really is power).

Of course I came here to network and hopefully meet some experienced REI that are willing to help and guide me through the way. As I stated, I was under the misconception that I needed money to start investing so I have saved a good chunk of money through the years and now ready to dive in.

hope to hear from someone willing to give advice, thanks in advance ;)
