Hey BP,

just wanted to say hi! I've been listening to the podcast for quite a while now and thought It was time for me to dip into the forums.

I wrote "beginner" instead of newbie because I've done some deals, but am still at the very beginning of the portfolio I hope to build. We (my wife and I) had a duplex for 5 years that we sold before christmas for a satisfying return. We also own a 4plex that we intend to keep for a long time. And now we are very actively looking for a multi-family project deal in the Quebec City area, something like 3 to 6 doors.

So... this is it. Hope to see you on the forums.
