New to investing- fort Bragg NC

Hi all, I am just starting to look into the real estate investing game. I currently have a condo in Montana that my wife owns as well as a 3 bedroom home in Hope Mills NC that we live in which I intend to use as a rental property one day when we move out. I look forward to learning from all of you. If any of you are in the fort Bragg, Fayetteville area and have tips please feel free to pass them on.

Nick
